DEPOSITS & FINAL PAYMENT

According to the policy of TOPOS TRAVEL, once the approval of your itinerary reaches our office, a deposit of 30% is required to guarantee space, at the latest 90 days prior to journey's departure.Another 30% is required at the latest 60 days prior to journey's departure. For bookings made in less than 90 days prior to journey's departure, the deposit required is 50%.

Final payment is due to 40 days prior to journey's departure. For bookings made in less than 40 days prior to journey's departure, full payment is required to secure the reservation.

All deposits are confirmed upon receipt by or office 24 hours post to our Bank Account Control.If cost of services is less than 500,00 € full payment is required to secure the reservation.The Final Balance will be sent to you at the latest 20 days post to end of services by TOPOS TRAVEL.

CANCELLATION POLICY & REFUNDS

All cancellations must be made in writing and are effective 24 hours after the date they reach our office upon receipt.

Deposits are refunded* as following:

100% of total price for cancellations up to 60 days prior to jurney's departure 75% of total price for cancellations up to 59 - 40 days prior to jurney's departure 50% of total price for cancellations up to 39 - 21 days prior to jurney's departure NO REFUND of total price for cancellations up to 20 - 00 days & Non Show

*Exception :  Airlines, Ship and Cruise Companies and some hotels apply a different cancellation policy. If your itinerary includes such services,TOPOS TRAVEL accepts no responsibility for the portion of the refund related to those services.

GROUP SIZE & RATES 

TOPOS TRAVEL deals with small - up to 30 people - groups. However, larger groups wishing to book any of our Suggested Journeys are welcomed, accepting possible changes or alternatives in the event the size of the group and/or of the motor coach or vessel or any other transportation mean is such that access to certain destinations is impossible.

In the event of having fewer than the minimum participants required to ensure the departure of a journey, an extra charge approved by the participants, will allow the departure as scheduled. The right is reserved to cancel the journey prior to departure, in which case the entire payment will be refunded without further obligation on our part.

All published itineraries are subject to change, which would not be cause for a refund.

ACCOMMODATION 

Hotel, Mansion and all accommodation categories are rated by the local government authorities on international standard. In the event of non-availability of a specified hotel, a similar or higher category one may be used, in which case it is not cause for a refund or for an extra charge.

Single Accomodation : available by paying a single supplement fee.

Triple Accommodation: available in most of hotels, often with breakfast supplement only. Convertible sofas or bending beds are to be expected.

Quads : On request.

HEALTH ISSUES

Any physical, mental or emotional disability must be reported in writing prior to beginning the journey.

Our journeys require to be in sufficient good health and able to walk, stand and deal with up and down stairs and with various transportation means, unassisted.

If you misjudge your fitness level, you may need to sit out some activities, which is not cause for a refund. Alternative plans made, when possible, incurring extra expenses, are on your own charge.

TOPOS TRAVEL reserves the right to decline, accept or to retain any person as a member of the journey, or to require a participant to withdrawn from the journey at their own expenses when such an action is determined by the tour leader to be in the best interest of the participants health and safety.

No refund will be made for the unused portion of the journey.

RESPONSIBILITY

TOPOS TRAVEL acts as an agent for the supplier and we can assume no liability for loss, damage, injury, accident or irregularity in connection with the services of any airplane, ship, motor coach, train or other conveyance or company, including their employees, used in carrying out the arrangements of the journey.

Airlines, Ship and Cruise Companies maintain the right to make changes on rates or itineraries without prior notice and apply their own cancellation policy. We cannot accept responsibility for losses or additional expenses due to delay or changes in air or other services, illness, weather, quarantine, strike, war or any other causes. All such losses and expenses will have to be borne by the passengers, as journey rates provide for arrangements only for the time stated.

TOPOS TRAVEL does not accept liability incurred by the purchase of a non-refundable airline ticket, or of any item or delivery you purchase throughout your journey.
Any disputes that may arise from the sale and use of said programs and/or other related services, must be negotiated and settled in the city, county and country of the booking Tour Operator.

OTHERS:

BAGGAGE
On all motor coach tours, one normal size suitcase per person is allowed.

TRAVEL INSURANCE
Travel Insurance is highly recommended and is available through your Travel Agent.

MARKETING & TYPOS
TOPOS TRAVEL may use any written comment and any photos or videos of a guest made while on a TOPOS TRAVEL tour for future marketing. In case you don't agree, please inform our office in writing. We reserve the right to amend typos and misprints in pricing & other trip information.
